The Problem

DoD AI systems currently lack an effective pre-deployment control layer.CDAO’s military medicine assurance pilot identified 800+ findings of potential vulnerabilities and biases. This control gap is growing across priority DoD AI efforts, creating risks of authority failures, unvalidated model updates, and missing causal attribution for audits.

The Solution

SignalMoat is the AI Assurance Control Layer.It sits inline between any AI system and live execution. It intercepts every proposed agent action intent, evaluates it against encoded doctrine, and returns one of four enforcement decisions: commit, hold for review, attenuate, or rollback.Every decision generates a tamper-evident audit record.
